The award-winning Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre is the Okanagans newest cultural attraction showcasing the rich living culture of the Okanagan First Nations. Explore the land, the legends, and the people at a unique 9,000 square-foot interpretive desert centre, complete with cultural exhibits, 1.5 km walking trails, outdoor sculptures, and critter corner featuring indigenous and endangered species. Daily guided walks and rattlesnake demonstrations are offered from June to September. While you're at the centre, check out Coyote's Gift Shop, which features unique gifts, authentic Nk'Mip apparel, and First Nations art and crafts.
The centre will be open in July/August from 9:30 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. seven days a week.

The interpretive staff has been hard at work creating new and exciting interpretive programs providing entertainment for all ages! The new programs are set to premier this July - stay tuned for more details!
