The South Okanagan Immigrant & Community Services is dedicated to building a community based upon mutual respect and full participation from all people of all backgrounds through education, advocacy, and community programs.
SOICS is a part of the Penticton and District Multicultural Society which is a registered, non-profit organization that has been serving the South Okanagan (from Summerland to Osoyoos) since 1976.
