DESCRIPTION:LEARN TO BREW YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA!\n\nIncluded in your $35 ticket is a culture (Scoby) for you to take home and brew your own kombucha\, as well as my home brew kombucha recipe.\n\nTasting\, health benefits of traditional fermentation\, education on the recipe and a Q & A.\n\nLearn the safety for brewing\, tools to use\, flavouring tips & tricks.\n\nTickets MUST be purchased in advance (deadline February 26) so we have the correct numbers of cultures for our participants.\n\nWe had a private party booked that got too big\, so we moved it to Jojo's! Thank you to the staff there for hosing our fermentation event!\n\n\n\nYour facilitator:  Raina Dawn Lutz is the creator of Experience Kombucha\, the Okanagan's original small batch\, local\, organic kombucha.\n\nIn 2011 she relocated back home to the Okanagan with a diploma in Holistic Nutrition.  Raina spent two years on the faculty at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.  Now focused on her incredibly inspiring clientele in her private practice as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist\, she is dedicated to her craft which shows in the long line of client success in the last 7 years.  Raina was a Top 40 Under 40 in Penticton in 2014 and in 2018 was nominated in Pentictons' Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards for "Young Business Leader of the Year".  She volunteers with Slow Food Thompson Okanagan\, the Get Bent Active Arts Society and helps facilitate support circles for those with disordered eating.  Raina is a current member of the CSNN's Alumni Association as well as a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-Pro)
