Adaptive Yoga adjusts the practice to fit the strengths and weaknesses of your body. Guided throughout by expert instruction, you will use breath, gentle movement, and exercise props to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
The instructor, Suzy Williamson, has been teaching yoga since 2014, and practicing yoga for much longer. She particularly enjoys teaching gentle classes and believes yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of mobility level. This class will be adapted such that individuals can participate from a chair, a mat or somewhere in between.
