Exterior Renovations Specialist

SODR is looking for a motivated trades person, with an extreme attention to detail, to become part of a team that looks to grow a 15 year business exponentially in the next 2-3 years. With a new injection of ownership we look to build on and provide a place of employment where each team member is valued, rewarded and pivotal in the success of the business

The wage is negotiable based on experience and the position requires, at a minimum, a solid knowledge of exterior renovations and a valid drivers license. Duties can include but based on experience may specialize in the following, vinyl and traditional decking, railing, siding, soffits and eves trough, windows and glass cutting and a good understanding of basic constructions and tools use. A long term commitment via employee contract will be expected, to be a part of our exciting growth. Benefits and company vehicle while at work and compensation for relocating negotiable.

Company description SODR(South Okanagan Deck and Railing) are specialists, for all your exterior renovation needs in beautiful Oliver, BC. SODR custom installs decking, railing, soffits, eves trough, custom in house aluminum flashing, residential and commercial windows, siding and custom glass shower enclosures. SODR prides itself on quality installations and lasting customer relationships and is now looking to take the company to the next level.

We are willing to train the right qualified candidate in any areas of inexperience but is expected to have good working knowledge of exterior renovations. The wage will be determined on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
