Customer Service Representative

Sessions Outdoor Sports, is a Locally owned and operated Sports store starting up in Osoyoos British Columbia.

We carry a myriad of outdoor products in various disciplines, from Cycling and Running, to general fitness, outdoor recreation clothing, Ski's, snowboards and more.

We are interested in hiring someone that is passionate for all things outdoors, and has experience in multiple sports and activities, and that has a passion to share their knowledge and experience with a broad customer base.

Compensation & Perks:

• Wage range $20 - $23/hr based on experience

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2 years Customer Service experience or greater
• Proficient in the use of Excel, and similar spread sheet resources
• Experience in Conversational sales, and product consulting
• Sports background, via hobby or past employment
• Experience with counting and closing registers, bank deposits
• Light accounting, and inventory management
• Experience in quickbooks and quickbooks online is an asset but not immediately required
