Brewery Assistant

Brewery production, with supplemental brewpub shifts if appropriate (serving/bartending). Applicants with skills in serving/bartending will be prioritized.

Tasks:

• Milling grain
• Canning/kegging/bottling beer
• Product inventory management
• Washing kegs
• Washing tanks
• Transferring batches
• Brewing support

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by the brewmaster
- Provide support to team members in completing their duties
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
