Busy real estate office looking to recruit a creator of first impressions. The successful candidate will possess a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor while performing the following duties in our fast paced and friendly environment. Looking for someone to work every Saturday 10:00 - 4:00pm and potential for more hours in the spring.
- Greeting our agents and clients on telephone and in person
- Sending emails in Microsoft Outlook and using our internal paging system to take messages
- Processing listing and sales paperwork
- Light bookkeeping
- Some marketing & special projects
This successful candidate is professional and polite as they will be an ambassador of our business in this public facing role. This individual might be passionate about customer service or the real estate industry and might be considering one day becoming a REALTOR or Property Manager and wants to learn from experience and immerse themselves in the industry early.
Great position for a student looking to immerse themselves in an office environment.

Pay is based on experience. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software would be an asset.
