Auto Insurance Advisor

Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available for an Auto Insurance Advisor at our Osoyoos office. If you have a General Insurance Level 1 License and at least one year of ICBC/insurance office experience, we'd like to hear from you. See jmins.com/careers for more details.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Provide Auto Insurance quotes, renewal, and optional coverage
• Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
• Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License
• At least one year of insurance office experience
• Experience with Auto Insurance and ICBC Autoplan
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
• Company Portal knowledge is an asset
• Computer skills including Word & Excel
