Quality Control Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, and to make sure the sites are well stocked for the cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Quality Assurance
• Conduct thorough inspections after each cleaning to ensure Airbnb properties meet cleanliness standards.

Cleaning & Sanitization

• Ensure proper sanitization of high-touch areas (light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc.).
• Deep-clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas as per Airbnb hygiene standards.
• Ensure stains are treated, and furniture is dust-free.
• Use eco-friendly cleaning supplies if required by the property owner.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols and company sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and correctly labeled.
• Check that windows and doors are properly locked after cleaning.

Staff Supervision.

• Provide performance feedback to cleaners and correct any quality issues.
• Ensure all cleaners follow company checklists for consistency.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Ensure adequate stock of linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies at each property.
• Notify management if appliances, furniture, or decor need repair or replacement.
• Restock guest amenities like shampoo, soap, coffee, and paper towels.

Guest-Readiness & Final Touches

• Confirm that decor and furniture are arranged properly as per listing photos.
• Check that WiFi instructions, house rules, and welcome notes are visible.
• Set up any special requests from hosts, such as welcome baskets.
• Ensure the home smells fresh and inviting before guests arrive.

Customer Satisfaction & Reporting

• Report damages, missing items, or issues caused by previous guests.
• Communicate with Airbnb hosts or property managers about cleaning concerns.
• Address any guest complaints about cleanliness quickly and professionally.
• Check for missed spots, dust, or residue on surfaces, furniture, and appliances.
• Ensure beds are properly made, linens are fresh, and bathrooms are spotless.
• Verify that no personal belongings or trash from previous guests are left behind.
• Take before-and-after photos to document cleanliness and report any issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and documentation.
• Driver's License
